AI

At work

I’m the primary AI engineer at my company. I build agents for our technicians: one family searches logs across every client, another manages Microsoft 365 tenants, another works tickets. They run on Microsoft Copilot Studio with MCP integrations.

I also wrote the governance for them. An agent is treated like any other privileged account:

  • Scoped access and its own service account, never a person’s credentials.
  • An audit trail for what it touched.
  • A named owner and an approval step before it publishes.
  • Documentation before it ships.

Client data only goes to models approved for it. Preview models stay with approved staff because of data-retention risk.

On this site

Claude Code built this site. I directed it and it did the typing: structure, styles, build scripts and system messages.

I did not write the text on /about, /ai and /now. Claude drafted those from my LinkedIn summary and resume because I asked it to, and I’d rather say so than pretend otherwise. The resume text is mine.

The flower art is traced from photographs by another Claude session. The shapes are silhouettes, not generated images. I picked them and I use them as they are.

Nothing on this site is a chatbot and nothing here phones home to a model.
